1. Our services

Amplify provides software development, information technology consulting, automation and integration, digital business systems, training and related support services. The exact scope, deliverables, timeline and fees for any engagement are set out in a written proposal, statement of work or agreement ("Engagement Agreement"). If these Terms and an Engagement Agreement conflict, the Engagement Agreement applies to that engagement.

2. Use of this website

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, its servers or any connected systems;
  • introduce viruses, malware or other harmful code;
  • copy, scrape or reproduce website content for commercial use without our written permission;
  • use the website in a way that damages, disables or impairs it.

3. Proposals, fees and payment

All quotes and proposals are valid for the period stated in them. Fees are payable in the currency and on the schedule set out in the Engagement Agreement. Late payments may result in work being paused until the account is settled. Unless stated otherwise, fees exclude applicable taxes, including UAE Value Added Tax, which will be added where required by law.

4. Client responsibilities

To deliver our services we rely on you to provide timely access, information, content, approvals and feedback. Delays in providing these may affect timelines and costs. You confirm that any material you supply to us does not infringe the rights of any third party and that you have the authority to use it.

5. Intellectual property

Unless the Engagement Agreement says otherwise, once all fees for an engagement are paid in full, you own the custom deliverables we create specifically for you. We keep ownership of our pre-existing tools, frameworks, know-how and general-purpose code, and grant you a non-exclusive licence to use them as part of your deliverables. Third-party software, libraries and services remain subject to their own licences.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos and design, is owned by or licensed to Amplify and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

6. Confidentiality

Each party agrees to keep the other party's confidential information private and to use it only for the purposes of the engagement. This obligation does not apply to information that is public, already known, independently developed or required to be disclosed by law.

7. No guarantee of results

We help our clients use technology to build and grow their businesses and income. However, business results depend on many factors outside our control, including your market, your effort, your decisions and economic conditions. We do not guarantee any specific financial outcome, revenue, income or profit from the use of our services, advice or deliverables. Any examples or figures we share are for illustration only.

8. Third-party services

Our deliverables may rely on third-party platforms such as hosting providers, payment processors, cloud services and software tools. We are not responsible for the availability, performance, pricing or terms of those third parties. You are responsible for any accounts and subscriptions registered in your name.

9. Warranties and support

We will perform our services with reasonable skill and care. Where an Engagement Agreement includes a warranty or support period, we will correct defects reported in that period at no additional cost. Beyond that, services and deliverables are provided "as is", and we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, to the extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Amplify will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or business opportunity, arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any engagement is limited to the fees you paid to us for that engagement in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Termination

Either party may end an engagement by giving written notice as set out in the Engagement Agreement. On termination you will pay for all work completed up to the termination date, and we will hand over completed deliverables that have been paid for.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the website after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
